Wallace BG Accountants & Business Advisors is an innovative account and business advisory firm based in Wollongong. Striving to ensure its value-added services are always delivering in a personalised manner, Wallace BG places much emphasis on customer experience.
But after keeping track of client details and interactions through a number of manual systems, including hand-written forms, spreadsheets and email, Wallace BG felt a change was in order.
"Wallace BG is focused on building and maintaining client relationships as a priority," explained its director Neale Wallace. "Our records were time consuming to maintain and often duplicated across different systems. For our services to continue to be delivered in a timely and reliable manner though an accessible customer experience clients could continue to trust, we needed to implement a CRM system."
To solve internal challenges, Wallace BG decided it was finally time for a CRM solution and eventually chose Internetrix Affinity to be that solution.
