Internetrix is delighted to announce the launch of the new Edmen website! Created to enhance corporate branding and simplify job search functionality for the recruitment and staffing services business, the new website is professionally branded and houses a job search database!
Established with an initial focus on supplying industrial labour hire to the Illawarra heavy industry, today Edmen does that and more. The organisation now provides quality recruitment and staffing services across a broad spectrum of market sectors.
But Edmen's website didn't properly reflect its position in the market. It desperately needed a visual and functional revamp.
"The old site was very dated in terms of functionality of current websites," said Dave Cuda, Edmen's Chief Operating Officer. "Plus we couldn't update it live as it was purely a static site that made making changes very difficult."
To add to that, Edmen was in the process of a re-brand to better represent a new breed of staff and organisational change. Essentially Edmen needed a site with a more professional aesthetic, which displayed to job seekers and employers that its services cover a wide range of industries and professions.
"I started hearing a lot about Internetrix through the local business network, as the name came up frequently. I was impressed by the caliber of work," Dave explained. So impressed, in fact, that Edmen chose Internetrix to develop its new website.
Today with the robust combination of Internetrix Freestyle and Internetrix Connect, Edmen harnesses the full potential of internet communications. "The site's been up for four weeks now and feedback's been great," Dave said.
With Freestyle, Edmen easily maintains website content, ensuring it more accurately reflects the current status of business. As an extension to Freestyle's capabilities, Internetrix also created a jobs database, searchable on keywords as well as job type, industry and other relevant criteria.
"Job candidates love walking through the site and have responded favourably. They're actively using the job search. I love the fact that we now have a job lists board and, down the track, hopefully this will be the site that people in the area come to first. With the new site there's no reason why we can't be the biggest in the region!"
