We are looking for an amazing admin support/PA  to join our awesome team! You don’t need lots of experience but you do need tons of initiative and a HUGE can do attitude plus love all things tech and digital.


The role

You’ll be supporting our super busy Managing Director making sure he’s got everything that he needs and things are as organised as possible...think diary management, emails, travel bookings etc. You’ll also be liaising with key clients on his behalf and maybe even getting involved in some project work. On top of that you’ll make sure that everything in the office is running like clockwork...this will involve answering and transferring most incoming calls, organising team events, adventuring out of the office to stock up on know, tea, milk etc. This role is going to be super busy and very varied with a mix of very hands on tasks  as well as more high level work exposing you to situations that will require discretion and tact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management for the MD

  • Monitoring and actioning MD’s incoming calls and emails

  • Managing and prioritising issues and liaising on the MD’s behalf

  • Expenses management for the MD

  • Travel Management for the office

  • Meeting Management including issuing agendas and meeting minutes as well as organising meeting logistics such as room bookings, catering etc.

  • Putting together presentations

  • Overseeing the ordering of all office and kitchen supplies

  • Being the main point of contact for building and facilities management including cleaners, security, car parking etc.

  • General office duties and helping out wherever you might be needed!


About you

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with lots of admin or PA’s your attitude and ability to pick things up that’s going to count the most. We’ve got a great team so someone who is going to fit right in and bring a real team focus is vital. Your interest in, and ability to pick up new technology is vital...we are a digital technology company after all!  To be successful in the role you will:

  • Like mixing things up a bit - you’re flexible and don’t mind switching between tasks at very short notice

  • Happily and easily pick up any kind of technology you need to...we use Salesforce, Xero, Workflowmax, G-Suite, Slack plus a whole range of other tools

  • Love supporting others and problem aren’t at all precious!
